She is a real friend Grindle. Clivias are quite expensive. I got this as a baby at the African Violet Centre at Terrington St Clement. It had just been split up. I have tried to split this one up for three years, but can't get it out of the pot.

:omust be huge, the original plant belonged to her mother, she splits it quite often so always has plants to give away, I love it

Just popped out & took a pic. of a lovely deep purple iris which has opened & one of the hellebores, I love hellebores but wish they all 'loooked up', I know you can get some which do face upwards now but I'd just like them all to do it.

That is lovely Sue. I love hellebores too and the Iris looks lovely there with the right plants around it to show it off.

I had to ask Esther how to look after it when I got mine. It never needs heat. It is in a cold conservatory with the wellies, and I put it out in the summer in a shaded position because it takes up too much room. This is a plant I would recommend, especially if you are not good at houseplants. I am very bad with houseplants.
