Oooh, Grindle! (That makes two of us!) I do know most of my Geraniums, though, but I also forget where/what they are on occasion. Can't think why! I'll have to keep going on this thread - I need some converts.

You will get some pictures when they come into flower Geranium. The only one I have with flowers now, is grown for the leaves and height and the flower is very ordinary.

I once grew Claridge Druce but it was a takeover merchant so I don't want that again. I do have one which is just rubbish and that is Birch's Double. On the other hand, my Mayflower is just lovely.

Technically Floydie they are pelargoniums, but get called geraniums by most folks. ;D

i'd be amazed if floydie had pelargonius in the garden this early. my phaeum has reddy brown markings on their leaves.

Thankyou Geranium. You have just named one of my geraniums. It is G. phaeum 'Samobor'. I cross-matched it with others and that is definitely the name of the one I described which I grow for leaves. It wraps itself around the trunk of the Laburnum. Thankyou.

Oh I don't know then could be a weed or something else then there's 3 large (Ish) clumps close to each other, I'll take a pic tomorrow see if anyone knows what it is. (Told you i didn't have a clue )

just remember one woman's weeds are another womans treasures. Certainy true in my case. Could wel be another choice plant so dont dispair just yet Floydie.

True i don't mind alot of wild flowers/plants just not dandelions and thistles & brambles, Oh and Knot weed . What ever it is it grows in clumps and has the same sort of shape leaves as a geranium, I forgot the photo (doh).
