I've just seen this last comment, SP ........ well i was going to add the shooting icon but the last 6 smileys are no longer there so you'll just have to imagine me shooting you  Anyway ..... I came here to say that the goods arrived the other day and what excellent packaging this company do, it was superb - everything was intact, and their service is just as good. I'll definately use them again  The plastic coating feels like it has a part rubber content to it and it's much better quality than similar items i've seen on sale in other places so i think it will last well. They are for me Louise        |

Well ...... what a 'run-around' i'm being given  The company that i've been talking about www.gapgardenproducts.com are absolutely dreadful. No, not their products, they're great, really great. But their CUSTOMER SERVICE is absolutely DIABOLICAL. They don't reply to (numerous) emails and send notification of dispatch when the goods haven't even been sent out I have been emailing them for days now, with no replies - until this morning, after such an angry one last night, that i really would have thought they'd ring me and be apologising profusely ....... but no ..... just an automated message telling me the goods had been dispatched ..... AGAIN. I AM FURIOUS - on all counts. If i didn't want the goods i would have told them where to stick them all So .... would i recommend this company WWW.GAPGARDENPRODUCTS.COM ? NO I WOULD NOT.Just imagine what would happen if all small businesses ran this way ..... Infact .... those that do usually do go **** - up. Oooooh i'm cross, ..... no really ..... don't you believe me ..... i am ! |

Is this because you ordered (or tried to...) more of the ones that actually arrived? I read through the thread and I thought you said the Company was good! I suppose, like all ordered goods, that you paid for them upfront, too....very annoying for you!  I can understand your wrath.  |

Thats not good news Louise, have you already ordered from them ?? You should have gone to www.leander plant supports, I'm just about to put an order in, they charge £6-50 pp no matter what you order. Good luck.  |

Well i've had an email from them now, not answering my specific questions but i've replied (badgering ) and await the next reply - if indeed i get one, i'm highly doubtful they'll be another. Yes, Les, i ordered and paid for it all last Wednesday but i'll cancel the whole jolly thing if this next 'stage' doesn't go smoothly - i have very very little patience for ineptitude. |
