Result !
I've been communicating with the owner of the company (being in business i find this the very best way forward) and the problem lies soley with one of the office staff - it is their ineptitude and the problem that i've had has been resolved, hopefully the aforementioned person will be fired !

And ..... my parcel's just arrived ;D ;D ;D
What is bad though is that the same parcel did get sent out last week, the day i ordered it, and it is 'somewhere' in a delivery dock, going nowhere fast.
I suggested that someone somewhere's on the fiddle because those undelivered parcels must end up lying there until they're 'taken' by someone.

But think Blossom - the guy that owns that company relies on his staff to be efficent in their jobs - if they're not then his business will fail and numerous people will lose their jobs and the owner his livelihood ....... not harsh at all when you think like that.
One poor performer lets the whole place down.
