Too bad about the chocolate bit Cherry. But I think you're doing okay now and chocolates can be part of the diet again  I think I've got to accept that I'm a fattie, I'm only supposed to be in the certain range according to my height and having this telecommuting job has not helped much since I can always go raid the cookie jar. I weighed myself today and I'm more than 10 lbs overweight which is bad since I can't wear any of my skirt suits for meetings anymore.  Have started dieting and exercising more today. edited... ;D |

Well, you sound like you are joining us Jrae. We haven't told anyone what our actual weight is, but we do say what we have lost. It works for me.

The prob with me is that even if put on just a bit it's got me huffing and puffing when I go out to jog and I end up having an asthma attack...

That is a very good reason to lose weight if you need to. In my case it was vanity, but I have replaced the weight loss with wrinkles.
