Did he go in by himself, or did you 'encourage him? ;D He looks very happy! He will go inside himself , i had to get him to turn around though as i would have had a fluffy bum shot . ;D Floydie, I don't think Ziggy noticed any 'twisting' in the fleece, neither can I, looks lovely.

I think the snuggles are super. You could take a couple to the pet shop, with a photo of them in use. You could do well.

I think the snuggles are super. You could take a couple to the pet shop, with a photo of them in use. You could do well. I don't think our pet shop would want to buy them from me , they are abit old fashioned in the sense they think sawdust and straw is better for the animals , i asked them if they could get fleece snuggles in November and was told it would be a waste of time and they are much better off with a mountain of (Sharp, scratchy, Dusty) straw . (not that i have a problem with people using straw etc but i have seen how happy my Piggy's are with fleece and am changing over to that full time (well almost) as soon as the liners are made ;D. I have sold 3 so far though ;D, so have have spent the earnings on more fleece! (lol). I was asked today if i would make an XXL one for two staffys to share , (gulp).

You are getting orders now, so make sure you price them right. The dogs do like the fleece. Mine have an old fleece over their curtain which is wrapped around an old sofa cushion. I buy them at the charity shops. There is an idea for fleece. I got grey check fleece blankets for 20p each at one of these shops.

I'm paying alot for fleece ATM as I'm buying it online and paying P&P, I'm going to have to have a look in town this week to see what i can get , i also need more fabric (but i want something colorful with spots). I'm asking £3.50 for the Hammy ones £5.50 for single piggy ones (£6.50 for a double piggy one) and £8.50 for the Large ones. Any other sizes (bigger) will need to be priced according to fabric cost and the amount used

Perhaps you are pricing them too low Floydie. Look after your interests.

Do you think? I have seen others selling the single piggy ones for £7 ish but they have been making them awhile. I'm also donating 10% from any listed on Ebay to Piggy Rescue . I may bump my price up alittle once i get some feedback from the ones Ive sold.

Good for you flydie, the snuggles look lovely. I think your pricing is just right, you don`t want to price yourself out of the market and if someone else sees your idea they might start doing the same thing ( ever the pessimist me ) Where do you get your fabric ? Have you tried eBay ? there are not many fabric shops left here in Belfast, online seems to be be the way to buy fabric these days.
