You might have mentioned it before Floydie but what is the triangle shape fleece in your 3 part set? As Cherry says just have confidence, your products are good, imagine you're just typing & chatting to us on here about them.

Ive walked around in the drizzly rain today asking around , thats the local shop, pet shop in town, 2 pet stalls all said no . Reason "They wont sell", one stall holder was very rude and blunt with just a glance and "No No" (felt about 2!). Walking home i past the small pet shop in the arcade (id past on the way into town but thought no point as its only a small shop). Anyway i walked in (He knows me as i buy alot of food from him when I'm about that way) and just showed him, i didn't even ask if he would be interested... He wanted me to leave the lot! (I didn't as the set is on Ebay) i just left him a red snuggle and a green lap pillow to price up. He put them on the self right next to the door so they are the first thing anyone sees when they walk in. Will see what happens.

Success Floydie ;D OK not a 100% success but a good start Perhaps a photo of your piggies inside a snuggle for him to display on the shelf next to your snuggles would help sales?

I feel quite excited for you Floydie. You could always do a car boot sale or market stall too. I suppose you would need more things to sell though. The pet shop could do with the pictures which you showed to us.

You will have to "appear" confident Floydie....else these people will walk all over you. You have a good quality product there and it should "sell itself". Why don't you ask the shop to put a card in the window, offering them for sale....rather than "paying them" to sell them for you. That way YOU get the money, YOU get the profit....simples ;D

He wont take anymony from me, i offered but he said he didnt want it. If they do sell in the shop then i will tell him again to take something from the sales. The shop is inside so no one will really walk past and see ads, I dont think he has ads anyway.

I like your stuff Floydie. I think you can sell a lot of them on ebay since pet lovers like to spoil their babies. I remember buying leather booties for my 3 labs so they don't get their feet all muddy when it's raining outside Interesting stuff you all have got here. I still do cross stitching when I have spare time but I miss making pearl jewelry, prices of cultured pearls have gone up and it's gotten pretty steep for people like me who buy pearls in small amounts.

JRae did you have to put holes in the cultured pearls to sew them on to something. I love pearls.

The pet shop could do with the pictures which you showed to us. I think i would have to be on the machine to make enough for that . It takes me an hour or more to do just one, so i may get time for 2 a day if I'm lucky . Good idea though i had thought of it .

JRae did you have to put holes in the cultured pearls to sew them on to something. I love pearls. Most of the time I did Cherry, I had this handy little drill I got secondhand from an old family friend (who works in a jewelry shop) or I would make a cuff design where the silver just wraps tightly around rows and rows of pearls to hold them together so I didn't have to drill through it. It's gets kind of clunky and inflexible with the cuff design but I'd do it if the pearl was an unusual color or shape or it's a big one, so the person who buys the jewelry could later on have the pearl taken out and used again in another kind of jewelry if she wants to like put it in earrings or use it as a pendant stuff like that.

Sounds like you have a lot of patience too jrae to work with a drill on a tiny pearl!
