It is looking lovely and so tidy. With all the effort you are putting into your garden it is going to look stunning.

Thank you for the encouragement - it means a lot to me. I'm not too sure about my new name, though!

Yes indeedy, Lou - the local WI do all that for us. I just mooch around answering questions... ;D There's no 'mooch' about it, she buzzes and flits around like the proverbial bee - not still for a second - she could pollinate every flower in the garden !!!!! ;D

I really like it, I'll admire it when I come over. I don't grow them anymore they just don't do well here I see you have it growing with the lovely euphorbia, I've been tempted by that many times, but as it's not a hardy one, have left it at the shows That Euphorbia could be hardy. It is hardy in Australia and has a different name to Breathless which is the name here. I have not got the magazine now, but it was in one of my Australian mags. You could try just one in a heated place and take cuttings in the spring.

The most frequently asked question last Thursday was - "What's this plant"? Cerinthe major purpurascens. I love it. It seeds itself in the strangest places!

Yes, they do - I had two plants growing in the gravel. One got trodden on. I'll collect the seeds from the other one if it survives the next onslaught!
