we had some sad news yesterday, had to take Dylan to the vet as he's lost far too much weight and after tests they have found a large tumour between his spleen and liver, I've talked it over with the vet and she has rightly advised no invasive surgery, we will take one week at a time, at the moment he's still enjoying his small walks and eating well, as soon as that changes we will have the inevitable decision to make

grindle , sorry to hear about Dylan but I hope he is at least pain-free & can continue for some time yet. We had 5 little dogs we brought back from Spain. They were all born in our flat & the majority of them were from one litter. They became ill after about 5 years here & most were diagnosed with cardiac insufficiency. One had Cushings & used to have seizures - very frightening for him & for us! They all lived for several years after their diagnostics.
