Trimmed many of the Dahlias rather hard after the strong winds we have been having. Then gave a good fert feeding/watering. Still more Dahlias to do.

Cut back a couple of the Hydrangeas and found new homes for loads of Crocus that were in the wrong place and were getting trampled on. Didn't enjoy it out there yesterday as I hate working in strong winds...still have earache this morning

Nothing it's very windy and cold. I swept up a lot of leaves after the strong winds and rain we have had for the last few days. Picked about 25 tomatoes.

It must be very upsetting grindle, I just keep thinking everything will get better when spring arrives! All I keep doing is trudging down the garden in my wellies to feed the birds, lawn is just mud now in the middle section.

much the same here SueA I think I'll have to returf part of it, there's just nothing left, one of the arches is still laying on the ground, the other is leaning badly, no point in doing anything until the weather gets better, isn't it disheartening

swam up to the greenhouse and planted a few bulbs in pots to get them started, and moved some things around to make some room in there

Nothing outside as it's too wet & boggy everywhere but I did finally get around to putting my seed potatoes to chit in egg boxes in the kitchen. The borders are flooded in various places now but they usually drain if we get a few slightly drier days.

it's been cold and windy, but I've managed to get a lot done in this little border in between hail showers Before replaced the log edging and planted things I dug up and have been collecting the 'pool' is for the blackbirds, they use it quite a bit, need to finish the planting, tidy and put bark mulch down, but it's a start. The little girl is just there temporarily as it was in the way
