You're all very busy, that's good to know. I must catch up soon but it's too cold outside. I can do something inside one of my perspex shelters though I have the Narcissi I fell on top of from that ladder to repot ! Maybe I'll do that over the week end.

Repotted the Malus evereste, still with loads of crab apples, into a larger pot. I thought it would be planted in a garden by now.
Still no garden because my son was refused the mortgage from Nationwide as there was too much land. I need some of this money to buy a house. He is now looking for a mortgage from a firm which deals with farms.

oh that's a shame Cherry I do hope you get your own house soon. I managed a couple of hours outside, started clearing all the dead soggy leaves from plants in a small border, there was a huge amount of bittercress too, still so much to do out there

I hope something can be sorted out soon for you and your son Cherry .
There is such a lot to do in our gardens isn't there grindle , but I don't think I'll be doing anything soon with the weather we've been forecast ...

I know what you mean Eli it's been a lovely sunny day today but the wind was freezing, it is looking good on the rain front though, not much in the forecast (providing they've got it right )

fed the birds, later had the builder round to start fixing the last of the fencing that needs doing, he then looked at my DIY greenhouse as the roof is leaking badly (I was going to do it myself but decided it would be quicker to get someone else to do it, age is catching up )

Don't blame you for delegating grindle, I still think I'm capable of lots of things which turn out to be more of a struggle than they used to be! I fed the birds 3 times yesterday as one time when I put the food down about 30 starlings suddenly appeared & a minute later there was nothing left! Watered all the hanging baskets as well as they had all frozen & dried out.
