What I was refering to was the 'Louise's Garden Chat' which appears at the bottom of every page. I have worked out it goes to the same place now, I thought it might have linked to somewhere else.

After a nudge from Louise about 'could guests get in the chat room' I logged out to test it and they could indeed get in via the link that was at the bottom of every page, I have now deleted that and this just leaves the [Live Chat] button on the top bar, this is only there if you are logged in, so guests don't have that button on their screen ....once they have joined and logged in then it appears

I noticed it had gone, I did join in once without logging in

I was having problems because I was using IE9. I have windows 7 and have gone back to IE8 and everything is working properly now.
