I do lesley! I would go grey happily, but husband won't let me. What is left of his is a nice white, but mine would probably be a dreary salt and pepper. Sometimes I am tempted to have a sophisticated grey dye job. |

I found has I got over 60, lifting is more of a problem, IE a 75 litre of compost feels heavier than it used too, digging, I take more rests than I used too. Medication, I am one of the lucky one's at the moment, don't need any.

Aren't men funny creatures mine hates it if I do any thing different, hates make up needless to say I wear it but not every day, hates jewellery, it took me ages to get an engagement ring only got one because I fell in love with one in Tenerife. I could go on. Next year will be our 25th wedding anniversary that should be interesting I love him to bits really. |

Now I struggle, like you, with a bag of compost or even a full 2 gallon watering can. |

I could lift those compost bags right up until last year and, even early this year lifted the bags a short distance. I won't be able to do heavy lifting again. I am running downhill fast.

Really! I have a trolley on which I can lift a frig, or big pots. I don't use it much, so it is kept in the arcon.
