What are you taking tonight Dai?  I am not guilty of a lot of these complaints, but I am getting much slower at cooking and following a recipe. When my daughter gives me a recipe, she says to add on extra time depending on age. Our young members should not read this thread. |

I certainly don't drive at 20mph! I do get tired more easily these days, but that's to be expected after heart surgery. Gardening keeps me as fit as possible, and I haven't got a shopping trolley - no way! Policemen are indeed looking very young these days...and I am shocked when I think I have three great-grandchildren!  My memory fails me at times - I spent ages trying to recall the name of a particular great tennis player last night - I resorted to google and it was Ken Rosewall. |

I did that. I wanted the name of the godfather to Zara Phillips (now Tindall). It is Jackie Stewart. Stirling Moss was on the television.
Geranium there is a sign just half a mile down the road which says 'Tired. Take a break.' It amuses me because it is right near here and I have not driven any distance, but it still applies. It would not be safe for me to drive slowly on the A10. Even the tractors are fast.
It looks as if we are not going to admit to turning into old crocks.

Ladies, we oldies are taking over the world. So don`t hold back. Geranium, my car wont move under 40 mph. Cherry WE ARE NOT old crocks. We are the ruling class. As for what I am taking, Amlopidine, perindoprol, simvastatin, omeprozole, sertraline and garlic capsules.

One thing I've found about getting older, is that I don't care what people think. I just do what I want, and if anyone doesn't like it - tough !

The older you are the more memories you have both good and bad. Now where was I? I.m not really old, just well preserved. 73 on the outside but 21 on the inside  Was going to say something else but forgot what! |
