I do admit it steve. I am old, and you know the saying 'You are as young as you feel'. I feel old too. But this is only temporary, and 'I will survive'.

Ok you oldies. Which was the best decade for music, `60`s or `70`s? Actually mid fifties through the sixties. After that mainly rubbish IMHO best male singer - Roy Orbison best female - Dusty Springfield

Roy Orbison, yes. Dusty Springfield, no. Connie Francis or Brenda Lee. The first record I ever owned was either, " Save The Last Dance For Me " the Drifters or " Battle Of New Orleans " Lonnie Donnigan. Come to that, they were my first 2 records anyway.

Matt Monroe and female singers would be Helen Reddy and Barbara Dixon. Love them all.

I have most of their recordings. I think the first record I got was cliff richard's Living Doll closely followed by Del Shannon's Runaway
