Hi Moonlight I dip the whole plant pot and all. I put the plant into the dip and pull it out backwards if you like. Happy dipping I couldn't find any concentrate so ended up with ready mix spray which I sprayed down into a tub to catch the drippings - so that I could dip a bit when I had accumulated enough. I never accumulated enough to dip a whole plant but I did dip some littler ones upside down when I was running out.
Now for a very important question, what do people do with what they have left over? (Mine's back in the greenhouse)

Smart job Tel, your plot looks to be in a nice location. That old bath tub could come in handy if you get dirty on the plot!

The majority of the dahlia's were on my old plot at another site. Ha Ha, there is two bath tubs, both with strawberry plants in.

The householders have a good view of the allotments and this would act as a safety measure Tel.

Well done Tel, looks good now for the hard bit looking after then the the horrible job of tying them up. Well rotivated my twice plot today ready for the fertilizer then the slug pellets, back on with the phormisol then planted all out by Thursday if all goes well some 600 plants to 39 varieties far far too many but it is what we do. If I show 15-20% then I will be very busy showing. Good luck to each and everyone hope you get plenty red cards.
