I've been told that she is going to come home today. I asked her if that is because of her being well enough to come home or because she wants to see Little Legs and the horses. She paused before replying bit of both.

She is already on a 'cocktail' of meds (I think 9 a day) after 3 days of migraine and vomiting and being unable to take her meds, she tried to make a Doctor appointment couldn't (but he was going to ring back) get one and so went to A&E. They admitted her and she's now on anti vomit medication and back home. Still very poorly but at least she is at home.

Even though we didn't see the eclipse (grey haze of cloud, so there I was with my paper pricked with pin hole at the ready and being totally unable to work out where the sun actually was) it hasn't been a bad day really. My sister was let out of hospital, the girls have both been working really well at school this last week, I was invited in to see Pirate's work and Fairy did really well in a comprehension test. They both have done really well with their swimming badges this week. Pirate won her 50Metre badge and Fairy swam 1500 metres.
So not everything is bad. Ought to go to bed now. 1 very proud Mummy.
Night Night Everyone.

1500 metres ? 1.5Km ? That's REALLY impressive Moonlight ! Actually, 50m is no piece of cake either. It's more than I can do.
If the water is ... say... 20' deep, then I can swim for 20'.

She didn't want to stop - she wanted to keep going to 2,000 metres but the teacher told them that had to stop. Only 1 little girl in Fairy's class didn't reach 1,500 metres and she is 6. She cried bless her because she 'only' swam 850 metres.

Well after finding out that Dad's 2 Clearview Audrey tubers are no good, I've lifted mine up to have a look upside down. It's a case of wanting to see at least a few white trendrils of root that I'm almost imagining them. I've added more vermiculite to the compost, made it all light and fluffy again and I've tucked it up a tad deeper. I hope that this will help me to keep a better balance between no water to putting in too much and making it too wet and then ending up with a tuber of mouldy mush. Work or not it's worth a go.
Remember my tuber that used to scare Fairy? The one with all those broken lobes well it is doing well, have leaves now.

Moonlight when you water your Clearview Audrey you could water with dilute maxicrop . It has helped mine tremendously. No blind tubers the only one was the Clearview Debby chicken leg it has rooted but no eyes.
It may not have had a piece of proper stem it fell off on its own.
