I said yes  If they came and filmed the things I've done to encourage wildlife anonymously I wouldn't mind. The bit that worries me is they might want to film me too, I can't do that  And then there is 'Gardeners World', proper gardeners watch that  |

Who says you're not a proper gardener, WF? I’ve been looking over the recent photos you posted of your new border. To begin with there were lots of small plants and then in the summer ‘voila’ a perfect border. In my mind that is being a proper gardener, it’s the knowledge and understanding. I’m good a building things and growing plants but pants at putting it all together so it works. It is not modesty Lou, I know my weaknesses. |

Oh WF - we all have our different strengths and weaknesses. I'm not good at taking cuttings, for example. I don't prune things hard enough either! I enjoy seeing the photos of your garden - and I really admire all the building you do. I couldn't even start that!  |
