read here first for explanation linkApparently the meteorological conditions for the appearance of the rare upside down rainbow will take place all over the UK today peaking at approx. 11am although it may be seen either side of that depending where in the country you are. I have never seen one myself but it would be good to tick this particular box. They are rarer than hens teeth and solar eclipses so here's hoping. |

They were painting the white cliffs at Dover, this morning...... but as every local resident to chalk outcrops knows, they only paint the hillside monuments, such as the crown at Wye and the long man at Wilmington, after they have weeded the design, of course!
Does anyone else recall the spaghetti tree they had on Nationwide?
Also, the T&M flower boxes along the Orwell Bridge? |

I think the 'upside down rainbows' do exist ladybird , they're a bit like sun dogs , something to do with ice crystals in clouds but sweetpea wanted us all standing outside looking up at 11 am for invisible 'smiles in the sky' ones! |
