Hi guys
Well, this is my first blog, so be gentle with me ..... please 
Over the weekend I started clearing my soon to be veggie patch, as you can see its been a little neglected but I think I made a difference

You have made quite a diference there desertfooxx, the soil looks quite sandy or is it just baked with the sun? Lots of muck dug in there would help it a lot, keep us upto date with your progress  |

Looks like a lot of hard work has been going on desertfooxx ! I assume the pipes are for water ? Oh... and I DO like the greenhouse in the background. I've never seen one made of stone before ! |

There is a lot to do but the ground, although dry is actually quite soft so easy to dig and yes got lots of energy coz got a solar panel strapped to my back ...... I feel like a Duracell bunny

Does look like you'll need some sort of irrigation system desertfooxx but what a great setting! You could probably grow olives & grapevines there - maybe make your own wine? |

I am lucky as there is a timed irrigation system already in place which is fed via a well, it just needs routing around the area. Asssh for the wine ( hic ) what a gr... gr...
