As Eli says roofgardener you can still plant spring bulbs, especially if you put them in pots, lots of companies are still selling them as well at discount prices. I only finished planting mine last week as I kept finding ones I'd 'put somewhere safe' & they do come up, some might not be as tall as usual & some may flower late etc. but they will come up as long as the bulbs still look O.K. when you plant them.
