I've painted the walls inside my greenhouse.
First of all I painted them with old white paint, as a way of sizing the concrete bricks.
Then I thought teracotta would be a nice deserty colour for my cacti, but after painting one wall I thought it was rather dark.
I then painted the other wall in a sandstone colour down to the height of the stagings. I thought lower down would be better in the lighter white, so that I could better see what's there.

Cacti by the windows ...

Euphorbias ...

Ferocactus histrix and Cleistocactus strausii ...

On the floor ...

Looking in through the side window ...

Only the cacti are in the greenhouse now. I've taken the succulents into a perspex shelter because it was too cramped in the greenhouse with them all.

I also painted the floor slate grey

grindle, I think the teracotta would be too dark on the long wall even though I do like it on the othwe wall, that's why I didn't paint over it.

Balc2 I was busy, it took two coats on the walls and three on the floor.

That's a shame lesley, they don't like very low temperatures.

I like the 2 different wall colours, helps to keep it interesting.
