I don't know about that. This story was the first for a very long time. It came from a Spoonerism of a TV programme title (Crimes of the Rich and Famous) which became Ffitch and Ramouse. Then I banged a door into the stuffed door stopping thing and it made a noise like ffffitch. That was enough to start me thinking.
