The Art Group to which I belong had an open day in their little hut yesterday.

Three of my works were on display (although I didn't think they were very good, but I had my arm twisted !)

Some of the art works were for sale, including cards, prints etc, and a nice crowd turned up.















This is a painting I did with watercolour pencils, of an old church. It is situated in a remote spot on a local hillside.



This is a portrait I'm doing of an ancestor, it is isn't finished and has lots of mistakes which I hope to rectify before I complete it, but they wanted to put it as a 'work in progress'



I haven't got a photo of my third painting.

The portrait is of my 3x great grandmother ... My dad's grandfather was brought up by his grandmother, and this is her ... my great grandfather's grandmother.
