I thought I'd show you these bookmarks I've made to send with birthday cards because the shops are not open for buying gifts.
I put them through a laminating machine so they're glossy
These horses and donkeys are on opposite sides of the bookmark. I'll be sending it to a friend soon.
I had more with flowers dogs and cats on them but they've already been sent.

This is my first attempt at both these animals so they're not too bad ... but they could have been spaced out a bit better lol

lovely Eli and what a good idea to make bookmarks , they would make lovely presents especially with a book .

Such wonderful talent. I can’t point out any special piece of art because they are all very different and great quality. However, I have learned some more details of our members which has rounded out their personalities. Gardening is not everything - well!

I decided to make some Christmas cards as well this year & finally use a linocut set which I bought about 4 years ago! The last time I did any linocut printing was when I was at school - a long time ago!

I drew a reindeer based on one of the little ones who were in the local park at the Christmas fair a couple of weeks ago. I would have liked to use different colours on the holly & the reins but that would have meant carving out more blocks to do the other colours & I wasn't in the mood to do that so stuck to monochrome!
