Thank you Eli & grindle, lots of flowers going over early or late to come out this year but still plenty of colour. Another posy picked yesterday.

It's nice to pick a posy from the garden SueA, I used to do it when Beryl was alive (and she did it herself before she became disabled) I don't bother for myself ... but maybe I will soon.

I don't often pick flowers for indoors Eli, they tend to make me sneeze but I do sometimes pick a posy to put on the patio table outside so that I can see a selection from the garden when I look out of the patio doors.

As we only have to look out of the windows of the living room we don't very often have cut flowers in the house. All the flowers on the balcony are no more than a couple of metres from the living room at most! Possibly there are only cut flowers for Mother's Day & my wife's birthday! The rest of the time there are often pots of flowers on the living room table.

I'm going to post some of the pictures I took this morning of Geraniums & Fuchsias flowering on the balcony:
And some of the Fuchsias:
I still have a couple more Fuchsias to open their flowers but perhaps after the coming warm spell forecast for this weekend they will open.
