productive morning on the allotment, managed to plant out 6 beds of beetroot, courgettes, med lettuce, black kale, and peas, willow hoop and fleece them all, then constructed a path and edged it with wood, and marked out areas with string and stick for other new beds, then planted out some dahlias, tall scabious, sweet peas, and a huge crown of rhubarb, forgot my camera, so will get pics 2mora

i did tell yous im an addict mind you, most of that done was on my hands and knees ;D im afraid the back is getting worse, and another op is in the offing for autumn, so am getting as much done as i can just now day by day, before i have to lie prostrate with a large whisky to help me not swear because of the pain! #probablytoomuchinfo

haha sorry steve force of habit current whisky of choice: 12 year old speyside single malt, although hubby bought me a limited edition Jura superstition for xmas, which was gorgeous and consequently gone by end of march

We did a tour of Glenfiddich once, just to see what happens and the staff were laughing at the tasting after the tour when we said we don't drink ;D
