I had a credit note for my local GS so I went to get some indoor ferns for my new fern bed, I did find two tiny ones but I also couldn't resist this for my outside fern bed It grows to 1.2m tall, that is going to be so impressive

On my trip to the GC yesterday I came home with a few plants for hanging baskets as I hadn't got round to sowing my own like normal. Several surfinias (blood red, nemesia, a few verbenas and one Lobularia which I had forgot was the new name for Allysum although this one is a trailer. I had to use will power to leave it at that as there are so many plants to tempt you.

Errrr - I don't think I'd pay that for a plant! I've had daffodil catalogues where some bulbs cost several hundred pounds EACH. needless to say, I passed on them. ;D
