I have wanted this plant for ages and ages! Finally got some in stock yesterday....... Teucrium fruticans 'Azureum'. Beautiful azure blue lipped flowers set against white stems and grey-white foliage. I'm going to train it up a south wall to about six foot. Lovely, lovely plant and a favourite for a long time.

Also got the rather boringly named Peony 'Krinkled White' white which is fab too.

I inherited a Teucrium fruticans when we came here...I think the flowers were paler, though. It went and died on me!

I wonder if the ph of your soil would make a difference to the colour. I noticed lots of wild Violas today in what looked like an acidic place, they were a much darker/richer blue than normal. They may of cause not be violas, I'll find pic. Not a very good one but the colour is true.
