Good start! (As long as you're not tempted to use it...)

I have a barrel in the greenhouse, and OH tips a bag of compost in it when it runs low - it takes 120 litres. I know it takes up space, but it's really useful. The seed compost has to live in its bag, and yes, I take that inside when it gets towards sowing time.

I have a large plastic dustbin in my greenhouse, and keep that filled with multi purpose

Same thing, really. The only problem comes in warm weather when I like being outside potting on. I can't move the barrel out there, so I use a portable potting tray. I keep having to get more compost out, though!

I have a scoop too - it only cost a couple of pounds. I couldn't do without it, though!

I use a big plastic box for my compost, when plants are grown on a bit i use a mix of composts and the big tub is really useful for that.

Its a good plan to use a bin for compost. I had a lot of trouble las season with ants taking up residence in the bags of compost in the g'house.

;D ;D Have you ever had a ants' nest in a large container? I have - and they killed the plants and it was murder trying to tip the whole lot out ready to refill it and replant! (And yes, it up on pot feet).
