It was excellent gardening weather today, but I am making a new recipe and the older I get, the slower I am. I haven't tried them yet, but I have made Dolmades (Stuffed Vine Leaves) and I grew nearly everything I needed for the recipe. The grapes are not great, so the vine is now earning its keep.

I just thought you might like to know that I was discharged by the Cardiac Nurse team today, after 8 (weekly) cardiac exercise sessions. I can get in touch with the team at any time if I have any concerns.

They're saying it'll be up to a year before I get my health back - and even then, it won't be 100%.

Well - it's a lot better than the alternative!
