Thankyou Grindle  Yesterday I cooked a huuuuuge batch of sauces for the Moussaka and Lasagne for our meal after Open Day and put it in the freezer Today I am making 2 Lemon Drizzles and 2 of Rosie's Choccie cakes to freeze My plan is to make a couple of cakes each day and then make some cupcakes and scones fresh on saturday evening |

The forecast seems to be a bit more optimistic, Esther, so let's hope they've got it right for you this time.  But - even if the sun doesn't make an appearance, I'm quite sure you'll get lots of visitors. I made £115.00 at my plant sale - the weather wasn't brilliant, but the rain stayed away. I know our Church will be pleased with that donation. Now - what on earth do I do with the rest of the plants?  |

Funny you should say that - our Leylandii hedge has got to be removed, as it has that fungal disease, and we're having a wall built next month. I shall have a new border in front of it! ;D I might hang on the the penstemons and plant them in there. Good thinking!  |

That was a very good amount to make Geranium especially with the awful weather we've all been having.
I bet you'll get loads of visitors too Esther whatever the weather because all the people who walk past your lovely front garden will want to go in & have a nosy at what's round the back! If they hear about your cakes too they'll be queuing round the block! ;D

I was given another £6 in donations from people at church who couldn't come, so the total was over £120! |

Looks like there's lots of posts to catch up on!!...thats the probem with holidays ...but after the washing, and shopping an some shut-eye....flight was late and we didn't get home till 1.30 this morning....we are both shattered!!...I was still up at 6am  ... Delighted with the results of your plant sale Geranium.....was thinking of you.......we had the rain for you  |
