I hope Sara is doing okay Rosie. Been very mean today far cry from nice, dependable me. I hate it when people dump their frustrating "must keep your mouth shut at the same time find a way to fix it" problems on me, makes me want to hightail it to a shrink.

I went to the hairdresser's - and my new seat arrived on a huge articulated lorry! Not fair - I'd have loved to see it in our narrow lane! ;D It was on a pallet, and carefully wrapped up in corrugated card. OH and a neighbour moved it up under the apple tree. Unveiled - in the sun this morning. The rose arch arrived too - also when I was out.

The driver (wisely) decided not to go on up the hill where it gets even narrower. He somehow managed to turn round in the farm track and went back through the ford.

I like that 'guess what's in the parcel' photo Geranium! ;D Very nice seat - & place to sit in it by the looks of it.

That is a very nice seat. Will you be tempted to sit there for long?

Thank you, everyone. It's not staying there, Sue, it's 'parked' there waiting for the wall to be built, and then it'll have its own 'niche' to fit into. I don't think you'd have much trouble guessing what was in the parcel, would you! ;D Unfortunately it'll have a longer wait, because Mark is well behind schedule (due to the weather) and can't start work here next week as planned.

I won't be doing any gardening/farm work or even house chores for a month or two as I had a little car accident and had my left arm and hand stitched up and it's all wrapped up in a cast. Drunk drivers and wet roads are a bad combo.
