Look what I spotted in the back garden! There are five flowers atm. I love this happy flower (Arctotis) - I suspect the rain and cooler weather will stop it flowering, but it's done well. Have I shown you my Aster sedifolius? Lovely plant.

Les Hi Leslie no greenhouse yet going to take a trip down to bournes that you recommended need to clear the area first and lay the base . I will make use of the garage in the mean time. I might splash out on a fancy propogator with mist system etc... Heated and lit also. The chairman at Kent society recommends it but at 500 need to be sure. But when totting up the price of heat mats and seperate lights etc... Works out not much more. The dahlias your looking for are they dwarf border you want or anything taller ? Seen loads I like. Waltzing Matilda is very pretty as is jescot Julie.
