I love your house. You do have a blank canvas. Do you know what all the trees are?

No near neighbours - or are there? I'd approve of that, Rosie.

Thank you Sue I don't know what the tree's are , some will be coming out and be transplanted up the path to other fields along with the 2 saplings you sent to me which have survived being outside in all the snow. We don't have a ride on mower Ron, only a tiddly electric one The nearest neighbour is right up the top of the drive, we aren't overlooked anywhere which is fabulous, you can just see one of thier big farm building in one of the pictures.

That looks beautiful Rosie. Just take your time. There is no rush. Make sure you get your funny coloured veggies in though.

You have a lot of work to do Rosie, looking great. How about a horse to eat the grass down. Enjoy looks lovely. By the way I've just made your Choc cake for the weekend.

PLEASE don't say to Sara get a horse for the grass, she would nag(ha ha) me into buying one It is sort of private Louise, no cars but the farmers can walk through to get to the fields if they need too, but they don't use it according to the old owners. Thanks all, we loved the house as soon as we saw it, the inside is just as good, but it's untidy at the minute, still working through some boxes, i will take some pics inside once i am sorted. but there are a few on my facebook page that were taken by the estate agent for selling it. OOo send me a slice Lesley ;D
