Can you p p pick up a Penguin Rosie? Books haven't changed for hundreds of years, until now, it's time for change perhaps. I don't Merlin, my hands get covered in chocolate ;D ;D

It gets more and more appealing.....especially after Merlin's last comment...yuk I just had a mail shot from Amazon......selling now for £89.....which is still a lot of money....am going to check out the download Steve mentions.....and the cost of the books If I did get one, which I won't this year, that is the one I like.

I had a look at the books you can get for them, there are thousands and they are reasonably priced too. I do wonder how easy they would be to see in sunlight, I can't see my computer screen at all in bright sun.

My daughter used to work for the company that produced The talking classics on cd and we have all of them. Only trouble is that you are just getting into it when you fall asleep and can't find your place when youwake up. At least that was my experience.

A friend of mine who works for a large IT company says they've solved the problem of seeing the screen in daylight so it shouldn't be long now.

I will wait for your reviews and may get one next year. I am sure they are good and that we will only go back to books when we have to because they are not available on Kindle.
