A note on trials there won't be a dahlia trial at rhs wisley next year or the next couple for some reason. A lot of the trials are stopping temporarily. Ron Thomas announced last night.

Just received the results. Thanks to Ian for suggesting I enter as Greenways Zoe got a certificate of exhibition merit. Congratulations Scrumpy! Greenway’s Zoe is special. I know my Dad rates it. Two varieties were awarded Certificate of Exhibition Merit. Graham Johnson from Shrewsbury has a yellow sport of Ryecroft Zoe that he has named as Greenway’s Zoe. Les Stothard of Blyton,Lincs has produced a white small decorative called grew Blyton Everest. This is the second with this name, replacing his previous offering I did not realise that you could do that.

They did say something to do with the rhs it's not just the dahlia trials stopping a number of things. The trials this year did not have many exhibition dahlias . There was three clearviews Edie, Daniel and Sundance in it and mostly garden types . Was not a great show to be honest. Maybe they are having a rethink of layout etc....

Well done Scrumpy, I was very interested to see a The third award went to Highwarden Cliff from New Zealand, this variety has been around some time I was sent a chicken leg of it some 10-12 years ago so not a new variety, but hey why not.
