There is quick recipes but this one was about 3 hours
Can you get the flour with bits in readily available? I like that sort of bread with nuts, seeds, oats, husks, sawdust and twigs in it....a meal in itself ;D

I use my bread machine just to make the dough, then i take it out shape into whatever i want to, let it rise again and bake it. I haven't bought bread for months. i do 50/50 wholewheat mostly. You can sieve the wholewheat flour and get some of the bran and sprinkle it on top of your bread before baking. Lovely stuff

I'm like Rosie.....mix the dough in the machine and then either make into buns, plaits, or loaves.....sun dried tomatoes are yummy in a loaf ;D......a word of warning though our Steve ....you will have to watch your waistline......home made bread is very moreish.
