Can anyone help me with a bread machine recipe for 750g or 900g recipe. The machine I've just purchased hasn't got a recipe book with it, and I'm finding it hard to make a perfect loaf, they seem to come out dry. Mainly brown bread but I'm not fussy.  |

Just had a thought Les......pm me your new address. I will scan the recipes and post them to you...then you will have plenty of choice. Its strange your new machine hasn't got a recipe book?...have you tried contacting the maker? |

What make is the machine? You could probably get a recipe book from the manufacturers - try a google. I have a Panasonic, and if you need any help, I'd be pleased to assist. |

I have an old bread maker in he attic which was given to me and I have no idea what to do with it. I thought this subject would be good, but didn't find out anything. Husband won't let me get another until I try it. I suppose I should find out if I like it or not.
