The reason why they kindly gave me another copy of the year book was because I wanted to photograph the children's classes which is why I'm putting the info up here and I'll be adding the link to my message 2 index. It will help stop me panicking at the last minute. Well miracles happen occasionally.

Rule 7 on page 12 basically says it must be the Children's own work. But judging by some of the entries this often isn't the case, which is a shame because the message sent to the children becomes yours isn't good enough to enter. Think it should always be a celebration of what the children want to do and can achieve. :-)

Moonlight your Dads seedlings look great , fingers crossed the tubers throw plenty of cuttings. Ste Thanks Ste, my Dad has also kept some anemone tubers but I don't know which ones that he was going to keep. The one that I liked the best is one which has a 'hairy stem' because I've never heard of a hairy dahlia before.

I couldn't enter yesterdays one - so no chance of a box plant.
I've grown Apricot Shades before and it was lovely (and I'm not even a Begonia woman) but they made a beautiful hanging basket.

I made 1 last dahlia order for my Dad yesterday. It's with Clacks Dahlia Patch Dad ordered them from there last year. Their website doesn't have lots of photo but they also have a facebook page (Clack's Dahlia Patch) which does have photos. Very helpful people.

Day 1 of half term. I woke up coughing with sore throat but it isn't a bad day. I've not told the girls but if they can hurry up a bit with their homework etc. Going to go down the cabin and they can come and play. Help me would be my number 1 option of choice but want to get them out of the house to do something a bit different. Girls have swimming lesson later.
They are having a break at the moment and are playing together. Normally we are too busy rushing round or homework that they loose time with each other and the only time they get to play is before bedtime when they are tired and grumpy.
