Had a lovely day today. Woke up with my sore throat feeling very tight when I coughed. HH went out in the morning and brought me a present medicated Strepsils and a garden sprayer. After breakfast semi-chill time before going off to the cinema to see Shaun the Sheep the movie at the cinema, followed by pizza hut, was talked into going to Messy Church (which the girls loved and want to go again) and ended up with dinner and pancakes! Fab day, finished off with another episode of Narnia - Prince Caspian and a street dance and head stand dance set from the girls - as you just minutes before being tucked up into bed.
So bit of a wow full on day. HH had booked a days holiday off of work and we certainly couldn't cram anything else in.

One girlie glam sparkle session over the girls don't really look dressed up for time down the garden and in the cabin but well we'll see. Pirate is now gold and glittery while Fairy is pink and glittery. Well it is half term.

Girls have spent a lot of time playing in the cabin and in the garden today. They had a lot of fun. Me less so I've still haven't managed to shake off my headache but the fact that they have had fun is the best bit. In our weekly routines of school, clubs, instruments and HOMEWORK ("Boo!") and the rushing around between them all, there doesn't seem to be enough time for them to just be children. Sisters who enjoy spending time together and having fun.

Choosing to not enter today's T&M competition as I don't want the prize, as I doubt very much that the sausages will be vegetarian.

My 2014 seedlings Well I did my Dad's but not my own!
Fred 3 (Affectionately known as Fred Flump) which is an Eastwood Moonlight seedling and I am going to try and grow it as a small. (Unless Dad suggests otherwise).
Fred 4 (affectionately known as 'Downham Dec') which is a Downham Royal miniature ball seedling and I am going to try and grow it as a miniature.
Fred Fire this is a Staleen Condessa seedling which grew next to Weston Spanish Dancer so I'm guessing that there is some Spanish Dancer it's DNA mix. It might have been nibbled and petals bent but it is one that I am keeping. I am going to grow it with my Westons. Who knows what they will be like when they grow this year. Very proud to have had 3 tubers worth (in my Dad's opinion) saving (I am biased). Wonder what 2015 seedlings will be like.

Haha after the 16th of September I have no other shows . So if anything still in bloom which I hope will be the case then we can have some fun for a month and see if I get any seed. Then it all starts again with the digging and lifting.
