I recognise some of these varieties which I have grown in the past johndoe but haven't done much with dahlias recently although that may change soon. You must have a fair size garden or allotment to cater for all that lot. I was limited by the size of my garden as on the allotment I had there was a vandalism problem so ended up concentrating on sweetpeas plus some veg. Anyway good luck with the dahlias.

Sweetpea, everybody should grow more dahlias!! Hopefully you'll have a bit more space to grow so more this year.
I've got two large allotment plots and last year grew 700+ for exhibition and trial.

I'm intrigued by your greenhouse johndoe . Could you give us some wider-angle photographs of it ? Hope these photos are okay. I recently re-furbed the greenhouse, expanding both benches to 90cm wide and 3.6m long and totally re-fitting the electrics adding timer sockets for the fans, lighting and sulphur vaporizer. Not to mention new bigger Hotbox heat mats to fit the new bigger benches. The last photo is an old one, just thought it would give an idea of what it looks like at night

Thanks roofgardener, 450 quid of Ebay for a 24ft X 91ft commercial polytunnel frame. Just split it in half to cover both plots.
This is how it looks at the moment, just waiting to have 4 tons of spent mushroom compost to be delivered.
