Postage and packing was £5.95, or thereabouts.....certainly not prohibitive considering the size of the box.....and it was delivered 2 days after ordering.....i.e.....ordered Sunday evening....delivered Tuesday......perfik.....

Bupleurum longifolium (related to Astrantia). Cheating as didn't purchase it, my mum gave me a seedling from one of hers. Flowers coming too. Very hardy perennial and should be better known.

It's a cracker!
Mums plant is a little lighter in colour than this one actually, more terracotta than bronze. I think this is a selection called 'Bronze Beauty'.

Extremely hardy. Just as hardy as its relative Astrantia.

That is really nice. I must have got Bupleurum mixed up with something else, because I thought I had grown it in a different variety and it was a coarse thing which I would never grow again.

just been and bought kniphofia Ice Queen, Scabiosa Misty Butterflies, Geranium Anne Thompson and Iris Sibirica Dreaming yellow ;D
