Has anyone tried the so-called 'hardy' Gardenia? I'm betting that it isn't! Floydie, your Hellebore flowers are lovely. The snails have nibbled my H. niger.

I believe Louise has a couple of large specimens; hers may have fared better.

That is early WF. That is a lovely picture and it will have a perfume too. It looks especially good against the winter brown plants.

Merlin they are lovely, but none better than WF's narcissus against the browns of winter. Winter has its beauty too. However, roll on spring.
