At the farm today, I was asked to dispose of an 8ft x 6ft plastic goalmouth, complete with the net, that is going to be my next recycling challenge. Anybody like to guess what I will be turning it into? Are you turning it into a fruit cage?

All set, ready for the off. Out of the peat trays, and onto the compost trays, Just need to flick the switch
Just a small gap on this tray, hopefully be filled shortly Over the winter do you store them in peat?? Then put onto compost when your ready to bring on for season? I also assume the switch is heating? Any advice would be great. Thank you

Tel your recommended "a plantsman's guide to dahlias" by philip damp - a very good and easy to follow book for beginners (yes i have finished reading it already lol) and the "world of dahlias" by Keith Hammett, in memory of mum and dad because I remember it from my youth

Decided on plants so role on payday, although only affording half this season as promised to take kids narrow boating! Loving collerettes and pompom!! Got to start somewhere!
