I guess it does providing its a real one Our neighbour has outside lights and tree up already. they did it last weekend in between the winds!

Thanks grindle , those are lovely late flowering plants, every garden should have some.
I bought more rough sawn wood for down the garden, so I should have enough now. I hope to get that job done soon !
I also bought 4 cacti, which I didn't really need to do, but two of them were ones I lost a few years ago, and the others - well, I just wanted them I knew I shouldn't have gone to that garden centre yesterday, but it was on my way to get the wood ... well 'sort of' on the way
I passed the other garden centre on the way home but I drove past it again !

well that was a waste of time then I did try the last one and it worked when I put it up balc2 sorry, it was a facebook page so wasn't as easy to link to it. I would imagine it was only for a short while that the offer worked

I am waiting on Helleborus niger for £1 a plant, already in bud, coming from Gardening Express. Some of these will make a good Christmas present for a friend with a newish garden.
