All the time Rosie. I am very happy with the breadmaker. I do make a sweet loaf and put a small amount of cinnamon in this. I can make anything which contains at least 500 grams flour, so if the recipe is in the recipe section, I could have a go. I can't remember when i last bought a loaf, i love 'doing it myself' so to speak ;D

Lovely Rosie.
I will make focaccia again as big son is visiting from Scotland with my granddaughter from Australia. The home made was far nice than bought.
Husband just came in Rosie and saw this. He thought it looked wonderful. Yum.

Sorry Rosie but we don't like cinnamon, a fruit loaf then yes. I'm seriously thinking about changing my breadmaker, I can not get on with it I see they have a cheap one at Lidl this week

I should get more daring with the bread I bake - I tend to make the same each time, almost on automatic pilot.

I baked the best loaf ever yesterday. I set the machine going for a loaf for lunch, half an hour before it was due to finish we had a power cut, the dough sat in the machine for eight hours until the power came back on, I chucked it in the oven and half an hour later there was the best loaf I’d ever made. The problem is to make another like it, sort of defeats the object of a bread machine.
