I love this Dahlia in the front bed, they are such good plants, they just keep on flowering

Love your photos Rosie, especially the Dahlia I've decided to grow them from seeds next year. Last time I did it they were wonderful.

Hardy Fuchsia Lechlade Magician, and it grows to about 7 feet tall ! Can you see the blue pollen ? :-

There is still quite a bit of colour in the garden despite the season wearing on and very cold nights. Japanese Anemone and Phlox Red Begonia and Fuchsia Orange Crush. Fuchsia Dollar Princess Rose Hanky Panky Rose Ginger Syllabub and i don't remember what the yellow flower is

That fuchsia sounds great @hywel & I like the blue pollen! Your red begonia still looks very pretty & strong Rosie , my apricot ones are still hanging in there - just!

I love that stripey rose Hanky Panky is a great name too. Been thinking about getting another rose, if I can find the room for it, and Hanky Panky is def on my list.

Your garden looks better than most southern ones Rosie. @hywel your prunus is a lovely colour. Mine does not seem to grow. How big is yours? I broke all the flowers off my begonia. They looked as well as they have all summer, but I read that the tubers need to be dried out now. Perhaps I was too early.
